Eastern University Athletics

Eastern University has honored 43 individuals and six teams in the first 16 Hall of Honor Classes. The Hall of Honor committee meets annually to consider nominations that are submitted by alumni throughout the year. 

The 17th Hall of Honor Class will be inducted in an on-campus ceremony on Sept. 13, 2025. Josey Rupert Acosta '15, Rylie Haas Norris '17, Brian Dennstaedt '01, Amy Dutra Dantzler '97 and the 1989 Baseball Team will join the prestigious list.  

The 2025 Class will be introduced at halftime of the football game and will be officially inducted in a ceremony that will start at 4:30. Friends, teammates, and family are encouraged to join in the celebration in Eastern's gymnasium. An hors d'oeuvres reception will begin at 3:30.

Individuals are recognized for their contribution to Eastern Athletics and the Eastern community as athletes, coaches, administrators, or alumni. A student-athlete must wait five years after graduation before being considered for induction.
