The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act requires all coeducational institutions of higher education that participate in Title IV, the federal student financial aid program, and has an intercollegiate athletic program to prepare The Report on Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data annually.
This report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students and the public each year. The EADA annual report for Eastern University can be obtained from Eric McNelley, Director of Athletics by emailing emcnell@eastern.edu.
