LANCASTER, Pa. - On Tuesday, the Atlantic East Conference announced the All-Academic Team for the 2024-2025 season. Following a strong inaugural season for Eastern, Flag Football on the field, seven Eagles also showed their prowess in the classroom by earning spots on the All-Academic team.
To be eligible for the Atlantic East All-Academic team, student-athletes must be full-time students and register a 3.20 grade-point average or better through the Fall and Spring semesters.
Eastern Flag Football, after dropping its first two games on opening day, won 14 of its last 16 games, making an appearance in the Atlantic East championship game this past April. Over their last 16 games, the Eagles outscored their opponents by a 313-48 margin.

Kira Green, senior

Kyla Massenburg, senior
Morgan Owens, and graduate student
Trinity Upton. Green and Moyet added to their postseason honors. Both were named All-Atlantic East at quarterback and wide receiver. Green threw for nearly 2000 yards and combined for over 25 touchdowns. Moyet, who also plays basketball at Eastern, caught 10 touchdowns while finishing with three interceptions and 50 tackles.
Johnson also proved to be a force on both sides of the ball for the Eagles, collecting 50 receptions for 503 yards and three touchdowns, while also recording 50 tackles and four interceptions, including a pick six. Massenburg, a freshman from Flemington, N.J., was the Eagles' leading rusher with 543 yards and scored a combined 16 touchdowns.
Upton was the Eagles' leader in the secondary, bringing in a team-high 10 interceptions, which included four in the Eagles' shutout win over Kean. Jarvis and Owens were important cogs for Eastern's blocking front, and Geiger blossomed last in the year as a defensive back, collecting 35 tackles and five interceptions.
