Savana Dodd broke her own record in the Shot Put and finished first in the Weight Throw, and first-year
Aniya Stevens ran a top-10 program time in the 60m to highlight the Eagles' first meet in 2026.
Dodd, who has owned the Eastern record book since her freshman year, set a new benchmark in the Shot Put for the second time in two meets. The Gibbsboro, N.J. native finished third in the event, hitting 12.21m on her second throw of the day. It was 0.01 meters longer than her previous record of 12.20m, which she hit at the Diplomat Open back in December. First-year
Megan Keating hit a PR in her second collegiate meet, recording a throw of 10.01m. Both qualified for the MAC Indoor Championships back in December.Â
Dodd also performed well in the Weight Throw, recording a throw of 16.08m. Keating PR'd in the event with a toss of 10.41m. Both already qualified for the MAC Championships with their throws at F & M.Â
In the preliminary round of the 60m, Stevens ran a 8.37, good for fifth all-time in program history. After qualifying for the MAC Indoor Championships at Franklin & Marshall, Stevens set a new personal best on Saturday.Â
In the Long Jump, first-year
Madison Bunnell finished eighth with a PR of 4.73m. In the 4x800m Relay, the team of
Mya Cadena,
Talia Fogel,
Ashley Medina, and
Gisella Croge finished fourth with a time of 10:59.41.Â
Eastern will be back at F&M next Saturday for the Coach I Open.Â
