MANHEIM, Pa.— the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) released its first NWCA Regular Season Poll for the 2025-26 season. The Iowa Hawkeyes hold the top spot in the rankings, and the Estern University Eagles, in the program's first year, sit in a tie for 16th in the first rankings.
With a couple big wins early, first year,
Zoey Haines has climbed to the fourth spot in the individual national rankings. She is ranked atop the Region 2 Rankings in that weight class.
Haines is joined by several teammates in the Region 2 rankings.
Jesenia Camargo is fifth at 103, and
Anaelis Morales is second at 110. Despite not having lost a match,
Savannah Witt sits second at 124.
Paige Jackson (138) and
Olivia Kinder (160) are both ranked fifth in Region 2 and
Josey Wehr is sixth at 117.
Eastern is the third-ranked team in the region.
The Eagles will compete at the Wilkes Invitational this Sunday.
