NEWTOWN, Pa.— The Middle Atlantic Conference Office announced Weekly honors for the week ending Nov. 23rd. With a 3-0 Championship earning weekend at Misericordia, Eastern junior Josey Wehr earned MAC Women's Wrestler of the week honors. 

Highlighted by a 17-9 win over York's Gisele Ramirez in the final, Wehr claimed the championship of the Cougar Classic at 117 pounds. Ramirez came into the match ranked sixth nationally at the weight. 

Wehr is the third Eastern woman to earn a Wrestler of the Week honor. 

The Eagles will return to action at York on Dec. 6.
