The Eastern University men's tennis team finished out the non-traditional part of their 2009-2010 season today with a match against division II opponent, Philadelphia University. The host Rams swept the Eagles 9-0.

Eastern struggled to keep pace with Philadelphia the entire afternoon. Jordan Gates and Bryan Arnett made a solid run at first doubles but it wasn't enough as they fell 8-5.

With the non-traditional part of their season complete, the men will take some time to practice and re-group before the traditional part of their season in the spring. The 2010 schedule will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
