Pringle Earns Second All-America Honor

LEXINGTON, Ky.– The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) today released Division III All-America Lists for the 2024 Season. Eastern University outside hitter Hannah Pringle was among those recognized as an Honorable Mention All-American. It is the second consecutive Honorable Mention All-America award for Pringle. Earlier in the month, she was recognized as a First-Team All-Region performer.

Pringle led her team and the MAC Commonwealth with 3.94 kills per set while hitting .232. In ten matches against nationally-ranked competition the junior from East Greenville, Pa. actually had slightly higher production with 4.08 kills per set. She posted season-high 24 kill efforts in five-set matches against Trinity (Texas) and Swarthmore. 

Pringle reached 1,000 kills for her career on the night where she posted 17 kills in four sets against NYU. She finished the year with a 377 kills in 96 sets and recorded double-figure kills in 24 of 27 contests.

The All-America honor is the 46th for Eastern Volleyball since 2003.
