Box Score ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– Eastern University Men's Tennis picked up its first MAC Freedom win of the year with a commanding 9-0 win over the visiting Delaware Valley University Aggies.

Ryan Torresin and Karl Finkbeiner dominated at first doubles and in their singles matches. Finkbeiner won 6-1, 6-1 at second singles, and Torresin did not drop a game in singles or doubles.

With wins at all three doubles spots and quick victories at the first and second singles spots, the match was secure. Head Coach Mark Spangler was very pleased to see the rest of his squad hold focus and win their matches.

After he won the first set, 6-1, Connor Mooney won by retirement at third singles. Antonio Lopez and Matt Cradduck each won pro-sets, and James Blizzard picked up a 6-2, 6-1 win at the sixth singles spot.

The Eagles have nearly a week and a half off before resuming play at DeSales on April 22nd.
