Jared Vitz earned his second singles win of the season, but the Eagles fell to Bridgewater College 6-1.
Vitz improved to 2-0, while picking up his first win at No. 2 singles, with a 6-4, 6-1 win over Steven Perry.
Gary Gruici won four games at No. 1 singles in a 6-2, 6-2 loss to Paul Kasse.
Zachary Sprung won three games at No. 3 singles, but fell to Brandon Gillispie 6-1, 6-2.
Gruici and Vitz played a competitive match at No. 1 doubles against Kasse and Will Wallis, but dropped a 6-4 decision. No.3 doubles and No. 5 and 6 singles were won by Bridgewater due to default.
Eastern (1-1) will conclude its fall schedule in two weeks with a 12:00 pm match against Rutgers-Camden on Saturday, Oct. 17.
