GLENSIDE, Pa.—Eastern University Men's Tennis fell 6-3 at Arcadia University in Wednesday afternoon's Freedom Conference match.
The Eagles' won the top doubles match as well as No. 2 and No. 5 singles.
Eastern's Grant Williams and Kyle Berner captured No. 1 doubles 8-4. Berner ended the day a double winner as he took his singles match in three sets. Berner dropped his first set 6-1, but rallied to win the next two sets 6-3, 6-4.
Christian Torres won the No. 5 match for the Eagles 6-2, 6-3. Torres improved to 3-1 this semester in the No. 5 flight.
Eastern continues conference play Thursday at home in a make-up match with Misericordia University.
