Box Score GWYNEDD VALLEY, Pa. – Eastern Men's Tennis (0-2) dropped an 8-1 decision to defending CSAC Champions Gwynedd-Mercy University  on Thursday afternoon.  

Kyle Berner, playing in the third singles spot, won the lone match for the Eagles 6-4, 6-2.  Head Coach Mark Spangler said of Berner's performance "He set up his points brilliantly and played the big points well."

Spangler identified the efforts of Vusiszwe Ntonga in the fourth singles match. The senior competed well, but eventually fell 6-2, 6-4.

Eastern will close out the fall portion of the season at the MAC Individual Tournament this Saturday.
