Box Score Eagles raced past Immaculata University 9-0 for their second win in as many matches.

Michael Roth downed Bobby DeYoung 6-0, 6-1 at first singles, and teamed with fellow newcomer Jordan Gates at first doubles for a convincing 8-1 win. Gates won his singles match 6-1, 6-0. Bryan Arnett, Eastern's third newcomer, did not drop a game in his third singles win. He and Sean McGuinness won 8-3 at second doubles.

Taylor Kiser won his singles match at #4 6-1, 6-1, and Dan Wilson dropped just a single game in the first set at fifth singles. McGuinness completed the singles sweep with a 6-0, 6-0 win at the sixth spot. Wilson teamed with Josh Hall to take the third doubles match 8-0.

Coach Spangler was very pleased with his team's work in Hilton Head and their play today. He said, "Our new guys are playing well, and I like the depth in our line-up. We beat Marywood down in Hilton Head without Michael playing. Now we we are stronger at every spot."

The Eagles (2-0) will host Gwynedd-Mercy College next Monday at 3:30.
