FLEETWOOD, Pa. - In its final tuneup before the 2026 MAC Commonwealth Golf Championships, Eastern Men's Golf competed at the Moselem Cup hosted at Moselem Spring Golf Club. The Eagles finished with a team score of 658, shooting a 330 on Sunday and a 328 on Monday.
Graduate
Jacob Wagner played one of his best two rounds of the year, finishing in a tie for third place amongst 40 golfers. The Broomall native finished with a 78 on Sunday and followed that up with a 77 on Monday in extremely windy conditions. He finished with 11 pars and shot a +3 38 on the front nine Sunday. On Monday, he shot a +2 37 on the back nine, which included a birdie on hole 11.
Dominic Villamor also recorded a top-10 finish, carding a 158 with a 77 on Sunday and an 81 on Monday. On Sunday, he finished with a birdie on hole 16 and shot a +3 38 on the back nine. First-year
Michael Hotalen also played a strong round on Monday, firing an 83, which included a +3 38 on the back nine.
The Eagles will be back in action next weekend at Golden Oaks for the 2026 MAC Commonwealth Championships.
