Box Score ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– Eastern University Women's Tennis picked up its second win of the fall with a convincing 7-2 home win over Arcadia University (2-2) in a final tune-up heading into this weekend's MAC Individual Tournament.

Amanda Riiff controlled the their matches in both singles and doubles. The pair won 8-3 at doubles. Paugh won 6-2, 6-2 at the top singles spot and Riiff only dropped a single game at No 3 singles.
"[It is] good to have Emma and Amanda back playing together," Head Coach
Mark Spangler said when asked of his first impression of the match. "They played very aggressively and finished points at the baseline as well as at the net."

Olivia Weaver were also double winners. Playing together as a new doubles team, the pair cruised to an 8-2 win. Weaver was up 6-2, 5-3 when her opponent was unable to finish. Good, on the other hand, had her hands full at second doubles. After taking the first set, 6-3, she trailed 5-3 in the second. She won three of the next four games to get into a tie breaker.
"Lauren played a very smart tiebreaker to close out the match," Spangler added. "She played the big points extremely well. That is a good thing for her and our team as we head into this weekend."
Emily Thomas picked up Eastern's final point with a 6-0, 6-2 win at fifth singles.
The draw for the MAC Individual Tournament will be released Friday Morning.
