Josh Hall

Josh Hall began as assistant coach with Eastern University Tennis in the 2011-2012 season. As a former captain and alum, Hall became known as "the Wall" for his unrelenting style of play on the court. He recorded a 7-2 doubles record in 2009, and a trip to the quarterfinals in both singles and doubles in the MAC Conference Individual Tournament in 2010. As a captain in his senior year, he helped lead the team to their second straight playoff appearance. 

Coach Hall pushes players to elevate their games and grow both physically and mentally, focusing on areas such as technique, conditioning, endurance and strategy. Along with on-court coaching, he supports fundraising development and recruiting.

Outside of Eastern, Hall works in youth ministry in Kensington, Philadelphia and the suburbs, an also in web software development and testing for Healthmonix.
