Coach Hare won 128 games in his ten years leading the Eagles. His squads finished with winning records in 1994, 1997, and 1999. The eagles made teh PAC Championship game in 1994 and 1998 and made the tournament five times. 

He was named PAC Coach of the Year in 1994 and 2001.Â
