ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– With Hood only able to bring two players to the scheduled match, Eastern University Men's Tennis had the MAC Commonwealth win locked up before the match started.

Peter Folga earned a 6-1 decision at doubles. Day then dropped a very competitive match to Tyler James by a 6-4, 6-3 score.
Joshua Pavao played the other singles match for the Eagles. He dropped a three-set decision to Dhane McCloud in his frist competition at the second singles spot this year.
"It was good for Jeff to get a tough match in today," Head Coach Harrision Bitzberger said. "Their number one is a really nice player. They had some good rallies, and he forced Jeff to work."
The Eagles (2-6, 1-0) will host DeSales next Wednesday.
