YORK, Pa.– After an extended period without outdoor court time, Eastern University Women's Tennis was unable to win a match in a loss at MAC Commonwealth favorite York College.

The host Spartans swept through the doubles matches. Trinity Gruber took four games in the opening set against 2021 MAC Commonwealth Player of the Year Elsa Oestermarker, but the Eagles did not take a set in the six singles matches.

Eastern (3-6, 0-1) will host Alvernia on Wednesday.
