ALLENTOWN, Pa. - In its final non-conference action of the season on Saturday, Eastern Men's Tennis dropped an 8-1 decision to the Muhlenberg Mules. Shane Witzer earned his fourth singles win of the season with a tiebreaker win at No. 6 singles.

After dropping the first set, 6-3, Witzer bounced back with a 6-4 win in the second set before winning a long third set tiebreaker, 12-10. Ethan Goonewardene put forth an excellent effort at No. 5 singles, winning five games, but fell 6-4, 6-1.

In doubles play, the team of Peter Folga and Joshua Pavao battled hard at No. 2 doubles, but fell 8-4.

Eastern (4-7, 2-2) will return to conference action this coming Tuesday at Albright. First serve is set for 3:30 pm.
