LANCASTER, Pa.– Eastern University Men's Tennis dropped an 8-1 decision at Lancaster Bible College in the team's second match of the spring.
Nick Wool picked up the only point for the Eagles with a three-set win at second singles.
The Eagles dropped tough decisions in each of the three doubles matches to fall in a hole early.
Bryan Levi dropped his opening set but rallied to win a second set a 4th top singles spot before falling in three. Wool lost his first set 6-1 before rallying to win the second set 6-4 and earn a 6-0 win in the decisive third set.
Darren Lopez battled to a 7-6 loss in his opening set before ultimately falling in two at the third singles spot.
The Eagles (0-2) are back in action with a home match against Penn State Brandywine tomorrow.
