ST. DAVIDS, Pa. - In its first competition of the 2021-2022 school year, Eastern's Rocket League squad dropped its opening match on Tuesday, falling to Misericordia by a score of 3-0.

The Eagles were defeated in the first match coming off a shaky start, but a series of strong plays executed by captain Ethan Davie in game two had them on the cusp of overtime. However, Eastern could not complete the comeback and fell in another close match in game three.

Eastern Rocket League will be back in action next Tuesday evening against King's College. Competition will begin around 7:30 pm.
