The game one win was the first as a head coach for
Scott Renauro.
Coach Renauro Says:
"The team had great energy even though we started two hours late. We were able to execute our approaches at the plate and even had a pair of home runs. We also got a great quality start by Breyer. Outs were hard to get in the first game and Jacob threw strikes and battled. We went out with a different lineup in the second game. It was back and forth all game. We didn't make the adjustments we needed to early enough. When we did, we were able to put together a nice inning in the sixth, but we could no get that shutdown inning after we scored."
