It didn't take the Eagles long to score against the Bulldogs. Six minutes into the game, Yvonne Herbster found the stick of senior Kim Campbell to give the visitors a 1-0 lead. This was Campbell's fifth goal on the season.

Eastern was dominant offensively in the matchup, forcing 14 penalty corners while the hosts tallied only two. The Eagles also out shot the Bulldogs 16 to 2. However, Eastern wouldn't be able to tack on the second goal until thirteen minutes remained in the game.

This time it was Moyer who found the back of the cage off of a penalty corner for her seventh goal of the season and a 2-0 lead for the Eagles. Herbster picked up the assist.

Laura Ressler picked up the win in goal for the Eagles. Ressler who was not challenged for most of the afternoon tallied one save and notched her third shut out of the season.
