In the second match of the afternoon, the Eagles stormed through Washington College in three 25-12 sets. Hildebrand pounded home 16 kills on just 23 attempts for a .652 hitting percentage. Mandy Platt contributed with 6 blocks and 13 points. Birtwistle was pleased with the efficiency of his squad in the second match. "I was pleased with our play across the board.
