If the first two games of the year are any indication, the Easatern Field Hockey rookie class is going to contribute very well to the success of the year. Yvonne Herbster and Amanda Maloney scored the first two goals of the contest as the Eagles downed Endicott 3-0 to earn their second win in as many games.

Kim Campbell added the the third goal with six minutes to play in the first half to give the Eagles a comfortable cushion. The Eagles put steady pressure on the Gull net as their defense proved solid enough to win their second straight shutout.

Eastern returns to action next Saturday with a home game against Gwynedd-Mercy College.
