their second nationally ranked opponent in three days. On Monday, the Eagles held a lead late in the first half and created several good chances, the exertion of Monday's game looked to have taken its toll today. Eastern was able to slow down the Cabrini attack for extended periods of time, but could not create enough good chances to mount a threat to the defending PAC Champions in a 13-0 loss. Zach Rivest recorded 16 saves in goal.

The Eagles fell behind in the second minute when the Cavaliers capitalized on an Eastern turnover in the midfield. The Cavaliers picked up thir second goal in similar fashion six minutes later. Cabrini took a 3-0 lead with a minute remaining in the first period. Cabrini out-shot the Eagles 11-2 in the first.

As the Eagles extended their defense to seek to generate an attack, the experienced Cavaliers were able to exploit spaces and create chances. Rivest made several spectacular saves in the second, but the Cavaliers still managed to find the net four times in the second.

The Eagles return to action this Saturday at Christopher Newport University in Hampton Roads, Va.
