Looking to build it's winning streak to three, Eastern University Men's Lacrosse dropped a home test against Ohio Wesleyan. The Battling Bishops jumped to a quick 8-1 lead at the end of the first period. As the game progressed, the young Eagles were able to get more of the possession and generated 21 shots on the afternoon, but were unable to dent the lead as they fell 18-7.

Micahel Ryan and Pat Dempsey each scored a pair of goals for the Eagles, and Nick Mandia, Nate Turnfio, and Chris Franklin each added single tallies in the loss.

Dave Castignola led a balanced Bishop attack with five goals. Nine different players scored for the Bishops. Zach Rivest picked up 16 saves as the visitors launched 49 shots on the afternoon. Coach Levis said of this afternoon's contest, "We knew when we scheduled this game that it would be against a fast, strong, and skilled team, and they were everything we expected. We want to use today's experience to get better as we go into next week."

The Eagles fall to 6-8 on the year with another tough contest against PAC leading Cabrini on Wednesday before closing out the regular season with a home game against Immaculata.
