Rylie Norris returns to her alma mater as an assistant coach. As a player, she was a four-time AVCA All-American Libero. Haas amassed a program-record 2492 digs and helped her squad to a pair of Regional Titles and appearances in the NCAA Final Eight. She posted the top three and  four of the top five single-season marks for digs and led Eastern's serve-receive unit for four years.

As an assistant, she will focus on defensive strategy and development of defensive specialists.
