Paul Douglas brings a wealth of experience to the program in the area of team building and group dynamics. He has served in that role in Christian ministries for over 2 decades, Paul has been instrumental in building the positive and supportive culture of our program.
Paul is in his second stint as an assistant coach with Eastern Women's Volleyball. He was with the program from 2008-2011. Along with team building, He worked closely with the middle hitters and helped lead our team to the 2011 NCAA National Semifinals. Paul returned to the program in 2016 to help the Eagles back to the Elite Eight for the third time in program hisotry. The 2017 season will be Paul's 6th season with the program.
