Ran a career-best time of 2:50.43 in the 800 Meter at the SU Tune up on Feb. 18 ... Placed fourth in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase (13:32.23) at the King's College Monarch Open on April 29 ... Ran a career-best time of 13:31.68 in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase at the 2023 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 4-6. 

2022: Competed in 12 meets for Eastern Women's Track and Field in the 2022 track and field season ... Qualified for 2022 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10K... Placed seventh and recorded a career-best time of 12:20.34 in the 3000 Meter Run at the Susquehanna Tune Up on Feb. 18 .... Posted a career-best time of 21:23.56 in the 5000 Meter Run at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational on April 23 ... Finished third and ran a career-best time of 13:45.92 in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase at the King's College Monarch Open on April 30.
