Coach Fawcett joined the Eastern University Women's Soccer staff for the 2008 season. She came to the Eagles after working with Athletes In Action in Pretoria, RSA.

Fawcett brought goalkeeping experience to the staff and helped the Eagles to earn a Freedom Conference Championship and to reach the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament.
