Doug Hackman served Eastern Women's Soccer for five seasons. The Eagles won Conference Championships in four of those five years.

Hackman, who also worked in Graduate Admissions at the University, worked as the recruiting coordinator was eventually elevated to Associate Head Coach.

He worked extensively with goalkeepers over his final four seasons.
