Caroline Williams joins the Eastern University staff for her first season in 2015. Williams played four seasons in goal for the University of Pennsylvania Quakers. While at Penn, she won an Ivy League title in 2010 and was recognized as Honorable Mention All-Ivy her Junior Year.
Prior to her college career, she was a member of the FC Delco Fury II from 2005-2008. With FC Delco she won a third place medal at the 2008 US Youth Soccer National Championships. In addition to club soccer, she was a member of the 1989 Eastern Pennsylvania ODP team that captured the 2007 National ODP Championship, earning the Golden Glove award. Williams continued her career playing two years New Jersey Wildcats in the W-League.  
Williams's coaching resume includes two years with William Penn Charter High School Girls Varsity Program, Future Leaders Program at the Starfinder Foundation, and currently, the FC Pennsylvania Strikers, 2015 US Youth Soccer National Semifinalists.
She is working to obtain certification in Secondary Education, Social Studies as well as Masters in Multicultural Education through Eastern's Campolo School of Graduate and Professional Studies.
