After a successful playing career as a forward in the Men's Program, Aaron Tritch served for a year as an assistant with Eastern Women's Soccer before moving over to head operations as an assistant for Eastern Men's Soccer.
On the Field, Tritch had his biggest moments in the biggest moments. He scored in the 89th minute of the match to lift the Eagles to a 1-0 win over Misericordia in the 2007 PAC Championship match. As a sophomore he delivered the decisive penalty kick in a shootout to lift the Eagles to the 2005 PAC Championship.
On the sideline, he helped the Eastern Women to a Freedom Conference Championship and to advance to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament.
The following year Tritch moved to the Men's program to lead operations.
