After a successful playing career for the Eagles, Rachel Lenzo joined the Eastern University Women's Lacrosse staff in 2005. In her seven years on staff, the Eagles won three conference Championships and won 77 games.

Lenzo graduated as Eastern's career leader with 76 assists. Her 33 helpers in 2004 was a program record at the time.
