Karina Maksym

Karina Maksym joins the Eastern University women’s lacrosse staff in the fall of 2025.

Maksym was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse team at Arcadia University, where she played defense. Over her career, she recorded 82 ground balls and 48 caused turnovers, earning All-MAC Freedom Honorable Mention honors in 2023. She graduated from Arcadia in May 2025 with a BA in Psychology.

Maksym grew up in Mount Airy, Maryland, and played lacrosse at Mount de Sales Academy in Baltimore. Maksym currently coaches for NXT Lacrosse in Conshohocken, Pa.
