College:
2014-15: Shot a career-best 55 percent from the floor and averaged 19.9 points and 9.4 rebounds per game in helping the Eagles to earn a spot in the MAC Freedom Championship game and the program's first at-large berth in the NCAA Tournament. Eastern won a program-record 22 games in the 2014-15 season. She scored 24 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, and added five blocks, five steals, and three assists while playing 44 minutes in Eastern's wild 88-87 overtime win over the previously unbeaten and top-ranked defending National Champions from FDU-Florham. The Eastern victory snapped a 53-game winning-streak for the Devils. Nowak finished her career with 1899 points, 973 rebounds, and 99 blocked shots. She is second in program history in both points and rebounds. The 63 wins represents the best four-year stretch in program history.

2013-14: Earned First Team All-MAC Freedom Honors and was named to WBCA Mid-Atlantic All-Region Third Team. She averaged 16.1 points and 8.5 rebounds per game in helping the Eagles to a 9-5 record in the league and a spot in the MAC Freedom Tournament.

2012-13: Earned First-Team All-MAC Freedom Honors while averaging 16.4 points and a career-best 10.3 rebounds per game despite missing three games and being limited by injury down the stretch. She scored a season-high 35 points in a season-opening 77-75 win at Rosemont College.

2011-12: Nowak burst on the scene in her first year. The 6' forward averaged 20.4 points and 9.3 rebounds while leading the Eagles to a 17-9 mark and a spot in the MAC Freedom Tournament. She scored a season-high 34 points on 14-of-18 shooting in a 95-68 win at Cedar Crest College. She finished the season shooting 54 percent from the floor, 41 percent from behind the arc and nearly 78 percent from the foul line. She was named MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year and D3 Hoops.com national and regional Rookie of the Year. She was named All-MAC Freedom First Team.
