Tom Dillard

Tom Dillard joined the Eastern University Women's Basketball staff in 2014-15 and currently serves as the program's recruiting coordinator. He is involved in daily practice planning, player development, and plays a key role in scouting and game-preparation.

Dillard came to Eastern from Neumann University where he worked through the ranks first as a student-assistant and then as an assistant. He worked with the Knights program for three years after he graduated. Neumann made consecutive appearances in the NCAA Tournament in his two years as a student assistant. The team qualified for the ECAC Tournament in his final season there.
