Kristalyn Baisden returns to Eastern University Women's Basketball staff for the her second season in 2020-21.She assists in daily practice planning, player development, scouting, and game-preparation. She will take over the role of recruiting coordinator this year.
Coach Baisden came to Eastern University from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia where she was a standout guard 2015 -2019. She averaged double-figure scoring in A-10 games her senior season and finished her career with over 100 3-pointers made. In 2018-19, she was named the team’s Defensive Player of the Year.Â

She is currently pursing her Masters’ Degree in Management with a concentration in Leadership.
