She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Sport Management with minors in Sport Coaching and Leadership, Business Administration, and Communications. She was a four-year fixture on the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll and was the Co-Founder and President of the Drexel Sport Business Association. Bridgman has experience coaching travel softball and has run private catching and hitting lessons for players of all ages.

In addition to her involvement with recruiting, program management, and game preparation, she will work with Eastern's catchers.
