Placed second in the 4x400 at the Ursinus College Outdoor Invitational on March 25 ... Ran a career-best time of 55.94 in the 40th Millersville Metrics on March 31-April 1 ... Ran a season-best time of 1:00.97 in the 400m Hurdles at the King's College Monarch Open on April 29. 

2022: Competed in 11 events during the 2022 track and field season ... Recorded a season-best indoor time of 2:22.04 in the 800 Meter Run at the Frank Colden Invitational on Feb. 5 ... Ran a season-best indoor time of 57.18 in the 400 Meter Dash on Feb. 12 ... Recorded an outdoor season-best time of 56.08 in the 400 Meter Dash and 4:58.35 in the 1500 Meter Run at the 39th Millersville Metrics on April 2 ... Ran an outdoor season best time of 2:14.83 in the 800 Meter Run at the Ursinus College Outdoor Invitational on April 9 ... Placed third and ran a season-best time of 1:04.13 in the 400 Meter Hurdles in the Kings College Monarch Open on April 30.
