2022: Competed in 10 meets during his junior season ... Ran a season-best mile time of 5:30.10 at the Susquehanna Tune Up on Feb. 18 ... Ran a career-best time of 4:58.01 in the 1500 Meter Run at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational on April 23 ... Ran a season-best time of 2:21.80 in the 800 Meter Run at the Kings College Monarch Open on April 30. 

2021: Competed in just one event in his sophomore season. 

2020: Competed in six meets during the indoor season before the COVID-19 shutdown ... Ran a career-best indoor time of 2:20.14 in the 800 Meter Run at the Coach I Open on Jan. 25 ... Ran a career-best indoor time of 5:02.48 in the Mile at the NYC DIII Invitational on Jan. 31 ... Finished the 3000 Meter Run in a career-best time of 10:25.78 at the Plex Shootout on Feb. 8 ... Placed fourth in the DMR at the SU Invitational on Feb. 15 (11:47.74). 

High School: Competed in both cross country and track and field at Sun Valley High School under Head Coach Steve Bush ... Named Team Captain in the 2019 season ...
