Matt Kane became team Chaplain for Eastern Men's Soccer for the 2022 season and continues to serve in that role as a valuable mentor for Eastern Men's Soccer Players.
An Eastern Men's Soccer Alumnus, Kane leads Compass Ion Advisors, a financial services firm in Conshohocken. He is passionate about Eastern soccer and seeing young men grow in faith. Through direct ministry experience, Matt served on the Young Life staff for many years as an area director and volunteer in Philadelphia and central Pennsylvania. Matt and his wife Kim have been married for twenty-five years and have five sons.
As the Men's Soccer Chaplain, Kane will help lead the team's desire to grow in many ways and be available to players, families, and coaches whenever needed.Â
His capacity for relationships, his ability to passionately communicate the Word of God, and his desire to serve will be beneficial as the program leans into who they are becoming both as a team and as individuals.
