Andy Guastaferro served for three seasons as an assistant with Eastern University Men's Soccer. The Eagles won PAC Championships in 2005 and 2007.
A native of the Finger Lakes region of New York, Guastaferro came to Eastern in the middle of a successful professional career. He played in the USL with Charlotte and was competing with the Philadelphia KIXX indoor franchise when he arrived at Eastern.
With a field under construction and several new players, the 2005 team raced to a 16-2-2 mark. That team was inducted into Eastern's Hall of Honor in 2016. The Eagles went 42-13-6 in his three years at Eastern.Â
