Eastern University Athletics

In the summer of 2026, Courtney Kilian was promoted to Senior Athletic Trainer and Head Football Athletic Trainer. An Eastern grad, Kilian returned to Eastern as an Assistant Athletic trainer to help the University start football. She spent the '21-'22 academic year as an assistant at Delaware Valley University.

In her time at Eastern, Kilian worked three seasons with Eastern Men's Lacrosse team, and she gained valuable experience working with Football at Delaware Valley. Kilian will work as the primary athletic training contact for football.
