Travon Williams joins the Eastern University football staff to lead running backs.

Williams played on offense and special teams at Temple from 2015-2019. After starting his career as a preferred walk on, the Philadelphia native earned a scholarship in 2019. In Temple's 2019 season-opening win over Bucknell, he scored on an 89-yard TD reception at Lincoln Financial Field. He also scored a rushing touchdown in the Owls' 2018 win over UConn.
