Eastern University Athletics

Following an outstanding playing career, Leslie Messick joined the Eastern University Field Hockey staff as an assistant coach. On the field, she earned All-America honors as a defender in 2009 and earned All-Freedom Conference Honors in each of her final three seasons.

Eastern reached the Elite Eight in her first season as an assistant and made two more trips to the NCAA Tournament in her time at Eastern.
