In March of 2022, Abbey Kemble was named the 13th head coach in the 57-year history of Eastern Field Hockey. She joined the program as a full-time assistant in July of 2021.
In her time as an assistant, Kemble was involved in all aspects of program development and had moved into a leadership role in recruiting. She is working to build a deep and talented incoming class and to develop a strong pool of talent for future classes. Kemble came to Eastern after serving as an assistant coach and interim head coach at Swarthmore College.
She played for four years as a defender at Susquehanna University where she twice she earned All-Landmark Conference Honors.
