After a stellar career for the Eagles, Tim Gorton joins the Eastern Baseball staff for 2018. Gorton finished his career at or near the top of nearly every offensive category in Eastern Baseball history.
He earned MAC Freedom Player of the Year Honors in 2017 and was a four-time All-MAC Freedom selection as a catcher. He had a career OPS of .973 and knocked in 134 runs while striking out only 48 times in over 600 plate appearances. He hit .426 with 44 RBI's in 2017.
Gorton will work with hitters and catchers and will be involved with strength and conditioning for the entire department.
